We are a 24-hour veterinarian ER that also has specialties in the building. We are a one stop shop. We have an in-house cardiologist, internal medicine, exotics, surgery, rehab and radiology doctors on-site during the week by appointment. We have a collaborative way of approaching medicine where the specialists help the ER doctors and vice versa. It is the best of both worlds! If a patient comes in through the ER and needs a specialty we have they are seen through the ER. If a specialist thinks a patient needs overnight observation the ER takes the case until the morning, offering the patient top of the line continuous care. There are also cameras in the ER treatment area, so if your animal is hospitalized you can keep an eye on it from home. It really helps put minds at ease. Each doctor also has 2 plus technicians to help with their work load and monitoring patients, a lot of other facilities have only one technician per doctor. We are really trying to offer the gold star in veterinary medicine.

History

Established in 2023.

Our owner, and doctor, found herself working for a corporation where they seemed to care more about the business than the people running the business. She watched as colleagues started to burn-out and feel the weight of the job when they were not allowed to do everything for the animal they were treating because it came down to money over treatment. She also saw that the ER often had to make appointments months out and have to travel great distances for specialized care. We aim to combine ER and the specialties to allow for a more efficient way of caring for your animals. We never want a patient to wait for more than a couple of hours and never wait if it is a critical need. So, we equipped our doctors with more technicians than other hospitals to help support the work load. Our goal is to help your animal get the best treatment possible!

As a veterinarian in the field and after working for a corporation, I decided to open my own business that treated staff, clients and animals with the care and empathy they deserved. Far too often I watched it be about money and not about necessary care and treatment.
